Care And Case Management Training

This training is commissioned to support the introduction of a care and case management system in the South Inner City. Workshops will have a dual purpose of refreshing knowledge that already exists and fully informing those working in the system of how it works and its opportunities and expectations.

The interactive elements of the training will deepen understanding of practise through examining scenarios and also build the idea of teamwork across projects working with the same service users, those with complex needs who will benefit from the system. A report will be given to the task force.
