Committee of service users to be formed to organise the event.

Regular meetings to be held on agreed premises.

Clients to select a chairman and secretary.

Minutes to be made of each meeting.


Training to include:

–       Selection of premises for the Event.

–       Date

–       Format

–       Communication with projects to inform

–       Catering

–       To inform stakeholders

Committee to take ownership and ensure successful running of the event on the day.

It would be envisaged to change the format from that of 2011 whereby Project Managers would speak on the merits of another Project, Time would be given and template devised to ensure the managers were familiar with the workings of the Project they are speaking on.

The training will culminate in an information day, at which projects assisted by the task force share information about project activity and programmes.

Certificates to be awarded to organisers on completion.
